3.1 Domestic Shipping
We ship to all major cities, towns, and pin codes across India. During checkout, you can verify if your pin code is serviceable.
3.2 International Shipping

Delivery timelines vary based on your location:
- Rajkot & surrounding areas (Gujarat): 1–3 business days
- Major metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 6–10 business days
These are estimated timelines and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to courier partner operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight. Current shipping structure:
- Free shipping on orders above a threshold amount (as displayed on the website)
- Standard shipping charges apply for orders below the free shipping threshold
- Remote area surcharges may apply for select pin codes
All applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown before you confirm your order.

We partner with reputed courier and logistics companies to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order. Our courier partners include but are not limited to Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, Ecom Express, and India Post.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number on the courier partner’s website to monitor the status of your delivery.

8. Packaging
We take great care in packaging our dry fruits and nuts to ensure they reach you fresh and intact. Our packaging is:
- Food-grade and tamper-evident sealed
- Designed to protect products from moisture, dust, and damage during transit
- Labelled with product name, weight, ingredients, best before date, and FSSAI details
If you notice any damage to the outer packaging at the time of delivery, please document it with photographs before opening and contact us immediately.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful (due to incorrect address, recipient unavailable, etc.), the courier partner will typically attempt re-delivery 1–2 more times. After exhausting re-delivery attempts, the package may be held at a local facility or returned to us.
In case of a returned shipment due to failed delivery caused by incorrect address or non-availability of the recipient, re-shipping charges will apply. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate when placing your order.

10. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Nutzonut Foods is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, government actions, or other events beyond our control.

11. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Do not accept the package if visibly damaged at the time of delivery (if possible)
- Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and products
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs
We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable after verification.

As a food product company, we prioritise freshness. All our products are dispatched with adequate shelf life remaining. During peak summer months or in high-temperature regions, we may use additional packaging to maintain product quality during transit.
