2. Return Policy
2.1 Eligible Reasons for Return
We accept return or replacement requests only under the following circumstances:
- You received a product that is damaged, broken, or defective
- The product packaging was tampered with or the seal was broken upon delivery
- You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered)
- The product has already expired or is within 7 days of expiry at the time of delivery
- The product has a foreign object, infestation, or quality issue

2.2 Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
- The product has been opened, partially consumed, or used
- The request is raised after 48 hours of delivery
- The product was damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Change of mind or ordering the wrong product
- Variation in taste, colour, or texture within normal acceptable ranges for natural products

2.3 Timeframe
All return or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of the delivery date and time. No requests will be entertained after this window.

2.4 How to Raise a Return Request

Step 2: Provide your order number, full name, and a clear description of the issue.
Step 3: Attach photographs or a short video of the product clearly showing the damage, defect, or quality issue.
Step 4: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm whether the return/replacement is approved.
Step 5: If approved, we will arrange pickup (if required) or guide you on the return process.

3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued in the following situations:
- Approved return requests where a replacement is not feasible or available
- Order cancelled before dispatch (see Cancellation Policy below)
- Order not delivered within 15 business days from dispatch with no resolution from courier
- Duplicate payment charged by error

3.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase:
- UPI / Net Banking / Debit Card: Refunded to the source account
- Credit Card: Refunded to the credit card used
- Wallet Payments: Refunded to the respective wallet
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) — bank details will be collected

Refund timelines are from the date of approval by our team and may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.

3.4 Partial Refunds
In cases where only part of the order is affected (e.g. one item in a multi-item order is damaged), a partial refund corresponding to the affected item(s) will be issued.

3.5 Non-Refundable Items
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is caused entirely by our error
- Products that do not meet the return eligibility criteria listed in Section 2.2

4. Replacement Policy
Where a return is approved and stock is available, we will offer a free replacement of the same product and quantity. Replacements are dispatched within 2–3 business days of return approval.
If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.

5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

If the order has not yet been dispatched, the cancellation will be processed and a full refund will be issued within the timelines mentioned in Section 3.3.

5.2 Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the delivery at the door, and once the package is returned to us, we will review the situation and issue a refund after deducting any applicable shipping and handling charges.

5.3 Cancellation by Nutzonut Foods
We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following situations:
- Product is out of stock or unavailable after order placement
- Suspected fraudulent transaction or misuse of payment method
- Incorrect pricing due to a technical error on the website
- Inability to deliver to the provided address
In all such cases, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.
