How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products at www.nutzonut.com, add your favourite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery address, choose a payment method, and confirm your order. You will receive a confirmation via email or SMS shortly after.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You can browse our website without an account. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders, view purchase history, and enjoy a faster checkout experience on future orders.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Order modifications are possible only before the order is dispatched. Please contact us immediately at nutzonutfoods@gmail.com or call +91 93270 04145 if you need to make changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on select orders — check availability at checkout.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
COD is available for select pin codes and order values. Please check the availability at the checkout page. Note that COD refunds, if applicable, are processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS).

How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines depend on your location: • Rajkot & nearby Gujarat areas: 1–3 business days • Major metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days • Remote or rural areas: 6–10 business days
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this on the courier partner's website to track your delivery. You can also check order status by logging into your account on our website.
Do you ship across India?
Yes! We ship to all major cities and pin codes across India. Simply enter your pin code at checkout to confirm serviceability for your area.
Returns & Refunds
What if I receive a damaged product?
We're sorry to hear that! Please take clear photos of the damaged product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nutzonutfoods@gmail.com or +91 93270 04145. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
How do I request a return or replacement?

How long does a refund take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within: • UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days • Debit / Credit Card: 5–7 business days • Wallet: 2–3 business days • Cash on Delivery: 7–10 business days (via bank transfer)
